I take the security of the limited sensitive data I hold very seriously, and I never share your data with others, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, e.g. to ship an order, or if by law required.

HOW AND WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED?
I will only hold personal information that you voluntarily submit to me via email or by other form of direct contact from you – for example, if you order a painting from me and give me your information such as your name, email address and shipping address.

HOW DO I USE THE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?
I use the collected information respectfully. I only use it to send you requested information, or to process and ship your order, and to deal with possible returns or any unexpected problems concerning your order. I will not share your data or use your information for any other purposes. I will not send emails for marketing purposes unless you have specifically signed up for such emails.

STORING YOUR INFORMATION
Your information is stored securely, on password protected devices / accounts, and can only be accessed by myself. I will store your relevant customer data and our business transaction in my bookkeeping and email archive for 6 years, as required by Irish legislation. Your information is not shared with third parties, except with the postal / logistics company that handles your orders.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to inquire about the stored information of you, to update your data or to delete your personal data from my register. Please contact me if you have questions or requests concerning your stored data. Your personal data can be deleted if it is no longer necessary for the purposes of maintaining the service or business relationship. However your personal data cannot be deleted from the register if its storage is required by legislation (record of financial transactions).

MAILING LIST
When you enter your name and email address to subscribe to my newsletter, your details are added to my mailing list managed by Squarespace, on my password protected account. You can unsubscribe at any time, and I will promptly remove your address from my records.
