PACKAGING PROCESS
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and I will begin the process of safely packaging your art for transit. Due to the delicate nature of original artworks, many layers of protective material and packaging are required for these items to ensure their safe transit. I often reuse packaging materials I have received and hope you may be able to do the same with the ones I send, as we all work towards helping our environment.

SHIPPING
All orders are sent via An Post Registered Delivery unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email update when your art is in transit and en route to its new home.

DELIVERIES TO UK POST-BREXIT
Please be aware that following Brexit, orders to the UK may incur additional customs / VAT / import duties due by the recipient on receipt of delivery.

PAYMENT PLANS
Artworks over €300 can be made in installments if requested. Please contact me to discuss a payment plan at: art@sharonocallaghan.com

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
My paintings and prints are represented as accurately as possible, however colours / lighting may vary from those shown on screen. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

I hope you are delighted with your new piece of art, but if for any reason you are not please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return/refund. The product must be returned in the original protective packaging within 14 days after contacting me and via Registered/Tracked service.

A refund will be issued as soon as the returned item is received in its original condition. Return shipping costs will not be refunded, the buyer must cover the cost of tracked return shipping.

This Returns/Refunds Policy refers to my collection pieces only. Bespoke commissioned artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable.

COPYRIGHT
I retain the copyright to all my work, sold and unsold. No part may be reproduced without my prior written consent.
